TUESDAY TRAILS AT REDLAND

Hey Trail Joggers and Gobblers,
I don’t know about you but I’m thinkin’ about getting into the pre-Thanksgiving ‘burn-off-as-many-calories-as-I-can-so-I can-shove-another-slice-of-Pumpkin-pie-or-scoop-of-mashed-potatoes-into-my-piehole’ mode of training! Phew, no pun intended but that was a ‘mouthful’ to say! So, yeah, holidays are upon us so plan your miles accordingly. Yes, it’s the season of delicious but we’ll still be hittin’ the trails.
Weather should be fine tonight but don’t forget your headlamp. Hope to C U there!
*Program note – I’ll be gone the next TWO Tuesdays. I’m sure someone will take charge! Have a great Thanksgiving!
