TUESDAY TRAILS AT REDLAND

Hey Trail Enthusiasts,

Well, it’s finally outta here! I’m talking about the blistering heat and +100 degree temps that baked and broiled us this past week. That was a doozy by heat wave standards. Even with the outrageous heat gone, we still are entering mid-July in the DMV. It can still get hot but not so much today. The temps won’t be a problem but, Oh the humidity! It’ll be pretty high at runtime so plan (hydrate) accordingly.

Coach Mike C. is back from his yodeling immersion vacation in the Alps has is pulling the 9^th Annual Summer Fatass together on Saturday July 25^th. We need runners AND volunteers. Address: 6505 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855 – Parking lot by ball field on the right side of school.

Date: 7 July 2026

Time: Warm up at 6 p.m. Run starts at 6:15

Course: Anti-Clockwise (IYKYK). Lower trail first.

Distance: 5-ish miles with warm-up (feel free to do shorter or longer)

Pace: Fast, slow and in-between

Vibe: Moist and chill vibe!
