TUESDAY TRAILS AT REDLAND & OUTTA THE WAY CAFÉ

Howdy Trailies!

Well, we’ve made it to October and the weather is holding out. It’s gonna be a gorgeous evening to be hitting the trails. And after the run we are heading over to the Outta the Way Café for a mingle. Sounds like a plan to me!

OK, first Announcements:

– Come join us this Saturday for Stone Mill Course Preview Run #2! We have divided the course into four segments. Run each segment and you will have touched your toes on every inch of course. Look for announcements each week. You don’t have to be running Stone Mill to join us. Just come out and do a few miles and enjoy the trail community camaraderie! Open to all!

– Next up after the preview runs is our world famous Phantastic Phall Phat Ass hosted by Coach Robin and crew. That’s the last Saturday in October which happens to be…BOO…Halloween! We provide most of the snacks and bevs but it is a potluck. There will be a sign-up sheet. More info to come!

Time: Warm up at 6 p.m. Run starts at 6:15

Course: Counter-Clockwise. Lower trail first.

Pace: Fast, slow and in-between
