The turkey carcasses and moldy mashed potatoes are in the trash and behind us…in some cases literally on our behinds…and thighs…and belly…etc…you get the picture. Things like that tend to accumulate…and in all the wrong places. Hopefully, at least your trail shoes still fit but what a great opportunity to come out with some other folks and work off the jiggly parts that the holid…ay gluttony has thrown upon us…nom, nom, nom…
