TUESDAY TRAILS AT REDLAND
Hey Gang’o’Trailies,
It’s the last Tuesday of September! Come out and slap your feet on some single-track with us in the Forests of Redland! Days are getting shorter, temps are in check and the sky will be clear for us this evening. What’s not to like? All paces and abilities welcome!
Announcements:
– Starting this Saturday and continuing right through October Muddy Shoes will be hosting the Stone Mill Course preview runs for the 9th year in a row! We have divided the course into four segments. Run each segment and you will have touched your toes on every inch of course. Look for announcements each week. You don’t have to be running Stone Mill to join us. Just come out and do a few miles and enjoy the trail community camaraderie! Open to all!
– Next up after the preview runs is our world famous Phantastic Phall Phat Ass hosted by Coach Robin and crew. That’s the last Saturday in October which happens to be…BOO…Halloween! We provide most of the snacks and bevs but it is a pot luck. There will be a sign up sheet.More info to come!

Time: Warm up at 6 p.m. Run starts at 6:15
Course: Clockwise. Upper trail first.
Distance: 5-ish miles with warm-up (feel free to do shorter or longer)
Pace: Fast, slow and in-between
Vibe: Chill
