Time for Tuesday Trails! The weather peeps are promising that the rain will end by the time we go out to slap our feet on the trails of Lake Needwood. So get yourself in a trail running frame of mind and we’ll see you out there!

- A hearty congrats to all 112 participants in last weekends 12th Annual Farm Park Challenge. A grateful thank you to all the volunteers as well. Couldn’t do it without you! This was the first year the event was put on by Muddy Shoes! Hope to see ya’ll next year!
- Running in the Buff! OK, so that got your attention. And, no, we are not running naked…yet! But (or is it butt?) what I’m talking about are the brand-spankin’ new Muddy Shoes Buffs that you wear! Time: Warm Up Mile 6 p.m. Main run 6:15
Course: Counter-Clockwise; Up the East side and out onto Blue Jay Loop then back past Archery Range onto Mudcat Trail until you get to Needwood Road; go left across the lake and crossover Road to do the out-and-back on the Troll Trail then down West side of lake ; hill repeats at Adie’s Hill then back across dam to parking lot. Easy Peazy!
