Time to head into the Forests of Derwood for some pre-holiday caloric combustion. Stop the flab before it happens! You know the drill. Here are the details for this evening:
When: Tuesday 6 December
Time: Warm up – 6:00 Run – 6:15
Place: Redland Middle School, 6505 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855 – go around back to the right
Course: We will alternate each week, clockwise and counterclockwise. This week CLOCKWISE (Upper Trail first)
Headlamp: Yup
Pets: Dogs OK. Ferrets? Eh, not so much.
Distance – 5-ish with the warm-up
Pace: Slow, Fast and In-between; all are welcome!
Vibe: Chill
