Same start as last week/Pennyfield lock.
12100-12226 Pennyfield Lock Rd, Potomac, MD 20854
Run 3.5 towpath miles to STONE MILL….then 6.5 miles on Seneca greenway(blue blazed) to rt 28….and back.
Raceday this is mile 24 to 34….
