Labor Day Long Run-Log House Road South-Saturday
Nothing like a nice long trail run to start off a three day weekend, right? I think so! So, therefore, I proclaim, not that that means s#&t but it sounds official, that we run on the Greenway Saturday morning. We’ll meet up at Log House Road and head South on the Greenway. One of my favorite runs (just like all the others!) How far? Up to you. Its an out’n’back. Creek crossing? Yes, indeed! Twice! Lower temps? Uh-huh! Thanks Mother Nat…ure! Good vibe? Of course! We’ll have the tribe vibe going! Ya see, I can’t find a reason not to slap on your mud-encrusted, stinkin’ trail shoes and join a bunch of other odiferous, foul-mouthed, irreverant trail dogs such as your bad-ass self for some awesome hours in the woods . Sooo, lets talk details:

*** Stone Millers! In agreement with Sir Barry Hauptman (Stone Mill Race Director extroadinaire) Muddy Shoes will be hosting and sponsoring the Stone Mill Course Preview Runs in the month of October leading up to the race. Over the span of four weekends we will hold preview runs on different sections of the course eventually covering every inch of it. Great way to learn what is coming at ya. Aid will be provided and donations will be accepted 
Also looking for volunteers to help pull these runs off (flagging, putting aid out, etc.)
