Well, Glory Be! The heat wave is breaking! And just in time for our Saturday morning long run. How sweet is that? I wish I could take credit for it but…well, maybe its my karma! Either way, lets enjoy the cooler temps and lower humidity while we can!
This week we go about as far South in MoCo as we ever do . We’ll tag up at Pennyfield Lock and run North up the Muddy Branch Trail for an out’n’back total of 16 miles. Folks can go shorter if they want to. Just turn back at any point. I’ll put water out on the trail and we’ll have some water and other goodies back at the cars.
