And so it happens again. It’s Tuesday and we hit the trails. Love it! Since we just moved back to Lake Needwood we are just getting used to our old friendly confines where we will be until the Fall. If you haven’t been out with this group yet then now is the time to come mix and mingle with the crustiest of our bunch. You won’t be disappointed!

Time: 6:30 (6:15 for warm-up)
Course: We will run around the lake clockwise going over the dam, left onto Parilla Path then out over the lake on the causeway with a hard left onto the Beaver Tale (not tail) Trail out’n’back and then back to the parking lot for hill repeats on Potty Hil.
