Trail Dogs!

This morning’s rain will be out of here and the temps will be nice. What more could you ask for? Um, that’s a rhetorical question. So, take advantage of this mid-January mildness and join us in the Forests of Redland to commune with nature while you get in some miles.

Winter Trail peeps are more than welcome and we’ve had a few of you come out!

When: Tuesday 16 January

Time: Warm up – 6:00 Run – 6:15

Place: Redland Middle School, 6505 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855 – go around back to the right

Course: We will alternate each week, clockwise and counterclockwise. This week COUNTER-CLOCKWISE (Lower Trail first)

Headlamp: Indeed!

Pets: Dogs OK.

Distance – 5-ish with the warm-up

Pace: Slow, Fast and In-between; all are welcome!

Vibe: Chill
