Wassup Trail Doggies?!

Well, I’ll tell ya ‘wassup’ – trail running in MoCo with Muddy Shoes is ‘wassup’! We got a good one planned for ya this holiday weekend. No better way to burn off enough calories to justify that 2nd tofu burger or all-beef Hebrew National hot dog coming straight off the grill with a big pile of Grandma’s tater salad! But I digress. In order to jettison your guilt of gluttony, first you must run…ya know, exert yourself…in the woods! So, let’s convene, run and then mingle over ice cold mini-cokes, pickle chips and Oreos before we head on to our holiday BBQs.

This Saturday we head down-county to Seneca Road (near Poole’s Store) to run the Lower Greenway-Seneca Bluffs loop. This is a fine run indeed. Weather will be picture perfect and the late-Spring scenery will be wondrous. No reason to not be there!
