Well Gang,

Looks like we can squeeze one more run in this week before the heat wave arrives. Might as well take advantage of it! Get yer stinkin’ trail shoes on and head on over to Lake Needwood to explore the single track that winds around the lake.

Need to keep an eye on the sky for storms but other than that we’ll be there ready to run…so you be there too!

Time: Warm Up Mile 6 p.m. Main run 6:15

Course: Clockwise – Across dam and onto Parilla Path. Continue up West side to Needwood Road. Cross lake on road and then go left at far end and out and back on Beaver Tale. Back down East Side of lake to parking lot with repeats on Potty Hill. Easy Peazy!
