Hi All,Many of us are volunteering and/or running in the Groovin’ Woodstock 7K race on Sunday so we are not planning an organized run this Saturday. That doesn’t mean you can’t run – call or contact your buds and arrange to meet at one of the trails or just enjoy some time alone contemplating the beauty of nature and the importance of sweat.
