SATURDAY TRAIL RUN WITH MUDDY SHOES

Hey Forest Jogging Enthusiasts,

Well, our next to last Saturday Muddy Shoes run for 2025 is upon us! The MCRRC Winter Trail program kicks in the second Saturday in December (Registration link below) and Muddy Shoes goes on weekend hiatus until next Spring. In the meantime, we need to pound out some miles this Saturday to keep it all going.

Plus, this is a good way to bank some calorie-burn before you gather around the Thanksgiving table and shove mashed potatoes and gravy two-fisted down your pie-hole! Mmmm, goooood. Can’t wait!

But I digress, the weather should be Fall-like on Saturday. Tracking some overnight moisture but we should be fine in the A.M. Fingers crossed!

– We will be holding only one more Saturday Muddy Shoes trail run this year! It will be Dec 6th (no scheduled run on Thanksgiving Saturday). Stay tuned for location announcement!
