TUESDAY TRAILS AT REDLAND and OUTTA THE WAY CAFÉ

Hey Trail Sloths,

We’re kickin’ it into gear! Holidays are upon us. Holidays bring feasts. Feasts bring calories.  Calories bring…well…you know where I’m going with this (Does this trail make my ass look fat?) We all need to stay with the program and keep churning out the miles. As ‘The Dude’ says “This chubbiness will not stand, Man!’ …well…I changed that quote just a tad bit, but you get the drift. We’ll hit the trails tonight!

Unfortunately for the calorie-conscious, this being the second Tuesday of any given month, we will all be dragging our trail butts over to The Outta the Way Café to feast after the run. Hopefully the calories you burn will exceed the calories you consume, but I can’t control that! Just remember, those brand-spankin’ new running tights that are on your list are snug for a reason!

Address: 6505 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855 – Parking lot by ball field on the right side of school.

Date: 09 December 2025

Time: Warm up at 6 p.m. Run starts at 6:15

Course: Clockwise. Upper trail first.

Pace: Fast, slow and in-between
