The weather doesn’t get much sweeter than it is today. Run time temp will be around 77 degrees with low, low humidity and a slight breeze. Heat will be coming back soon along with humidity. You know it. So, take advantage while you can!

– Summer Fat Ass is happening again! Coach Mike (Chau) has reserved the pavilion and the date is set for Saturday July 25th. Great event. More details coming!

Address: 6505 Muncaster Mill Rd, Derwood, MD 20855 – Parking lot by ball field on the right side of school.

Date: 16 June 2026

Time: Warm up at 6 p.m. Run starts at 6:15

Course: Counter-Clockwise. Lower trail first.

Pace: Fast, slow and in-between
