Yup, that’s right, Trailies, it’s the 2nd Tuesday of the month. Time to head to the Outta The Way Café for burgers and brewskis! Oh, wait…forgot…we have to run first. Dang! I knew there was a catch! So, run we will. Might be a tad chillier than last week and surely far off from our recent 80 degree temps we saw last week. But, once you get going you’ll be fine. Dress appropriately.
So…first run, then eat! Sound like a plan? Good!

Spring/Summer Saturday runs start this weekend 12 April! Coach Audrey and I will be teaming up to keep all you trailies occupied on your Saturday mornings throughout the Spring Summer and Fall. Also, will be having the Summer Fat Ass (hosted by Mike Chau), the Stone Mill Course Preview runs in October and the Phantastic Phall Phat Ass (hosted by Coach Robin). Stay tuned!

Time: Warm up at 6 p.m. Run starts at 6:15
Course: The Redland Trails consist of an Upper and Lower trail with a .3 mile extension out to Muncaster Road. Each week we will alternate directions around the loop. Great trails! This week we will go Clockwise (Upper Trail first)
Head Lamp: Probably not needed.
