Listen Up, Trail Joggers!
It’s Tuesday! You know what that means, dontcha? It means that, not only do you get to run through the woods in the pitch dark (don’t worry, you’ll have your headlamps) but you get to slam down some delicious chow at the Outta the Way Café after the run while kibbitzing with your fellow trail buds! What could be better?
Weather will be picture perfect and the trails will be in fine shape. Its hard to think of a reason not to come and join us!

Announcements:
– Upcoming on Saturdays in October – Stone Mill Course Preview runs. More details to come but these will be open to all. Run #1 this past Saturday was a huge success!
– The Muddy Shoes Phantastic Phall Phat Ass is coming up on Saturday November 2nd. Take your pick – Half Marathon or 10k. All are welcome. It’s a potluck so look for a sign-up sheet soon. Great taper run for Stone Millers!

Location: Redland M.S. (around back to the right side of school)

Time: Warm up at 6 p.m. Run starts at 6:15
Course: The Redland Trails consist of an Upper and Lowwer trail with a .3 mile extension out to Muncaster Road. Each week we will alternate directions around the loop. Great trails! This week we will go clockwise (Upper Trail first)
Head Lamp: Most definitely!
