Hey Mud Joggers and Trail Patriots,
Ready for some pre-fireworks trail running? Get yer sparklers ready cuz we got it for ya! So, while we usually run Tuesday evenings, due to the pending 247th birthday of the US of A, we will be switching to a morning run so we can all celebrate with friends and family and enjoy some fireworks later in the evening!
OK before the details here are the announcements:
– SIGN UP! The 6th Annual Muddy Shoes Summer Fatass is coming on Saturday July 15th. This awesome low-key trail event, located in Seneca Creek State Park, is followed by a fun post-run potluck feast and mingle (Muddy Shoes supplies meat and plant proteins and some other stuff). We’ll have an alcohol permit so there will be adult beverages to enjoy in moderation. And, sorry, Dude, the permit does not cover weed. For more info https://www.facebook.com/events/542645244617986
– Don’t miss out on Muddy Shoes merch! Not only do we have Muddy Shoes baseball hats ($15) and buffs ($10), we have official Muddy Shoes re-usable cups ($5)! Great to carry with you to lower your carbon footprint on the planet! Plus, they look awesome! Please see Coach Phil or Coach Mike (Chau).
