I haven’t been to Meadowside to run in quite a while & I need to get out tomorrow morning and do some physical activity so here’s the plan-

Where- Meadowside Nature Center – 5100 Meadowside Lane Rockville, Maryland 20855
Why – Holiday Calories!
What – Not sure exactly but it will include Old Nasty & the Lakeside Trail at the least 🙂
